Transparent Junk Removal Pricing

We price jobs based on how much space your items take up in our dump trailer, plus any special handling required. Every quote includes loading, hauling, and disposal — no hidden fees.

Volume-Based Pricing

General household junk, furniture, appliances, and miscellaneous items. Prices vary based on weight and material type.

A cubic yard is a 3ft × 3ft × 3ft space — about the size of a dishwasher. Here are some common items to help you estimate your load:

Heavy Materials — Priced by Job

Concrete, asphalt, soil, rock, and other heavy materials are priced separately based on estimated weight and labor involved.

Construction Debris (wood, drywall, etc.) — Starts at $500 for a full trailer load
Mixed Loads — If your load includes both light junk and heavy materials, we’ll price accordingly

Special Item Surcharges

Some items require special handling, additional disposal fees, or extra labor. These surcharges are added on top of volume pricing.

Access & Service Fees

Additional fees may apply based on job conditions and accessibility.

What We Do & Don’t Take

Here’s what you need to know before your appointment.

✓ We Accept

Furniture, appliances, electronics, yard waste, construction debris, mattresses, carpet, household chemicals, and most general household junk. If you’re unsure, just ask — we’re happy to help.

✗ We Don’t Accept

Hazardous materials (paint, oil, asbestos, medical waste), anything dangerous to handle, or materials that require specialized disposal by law. When in doubt, give us a call first.

✎ Before Your Appointment

Please have items accessible and ready to go. Loose debris (nails, screws, small pieces) should be bagged or contained. This helps us work efficiently and keeps your quote accurate.

📅 Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments without notice are subject to a $75 fee. Life happens — just let us know ahead of time.

💡 How quoting works: We’ll assess your items, estimate the trailer space they’ll fill, factor in any special items or access conditions, and give you a firm price before we start. You approve the price — then we get to work. Simple as that.
